1. Subject matter of the contract
The Swiss Christian Police Association (hereinafter “CPV”) sells to business customers and private customers (hereinafter “Customer”) the goods listed in the print media, in the online shop or in written offers by post, e-mail, SMS or newsletter on the following terms of delivery and sale (GTC).
2. Conclusion of contract
Following an order placed by the customer, the contract between the customer and CPV shall only be concluded by CPV’s subsequent acceptance of the order. The customer’s order is placed via the online shop, by telephone, in writing via the Internet, by fax or by post. CPV accepts the order by (a) sending the customer an order confirmation (by e-mail in the online shop) or (b) delivering the ordered goods directly (including invoice or delivery note). CPV reserves the right to refuse to accept an order without giving reasons.
3. Product range
All details of the goods which the customer receives as part of the order process are non-binding and without guarantee. In particular, changes in new editions, design, cover design or appearance as well as errors in product descriptions, product illustrations or new editions and availability and in price quotations are reserved.
4. Prices and terms of payment
The prices shown apply to Switzerland and are in Swiss francs (CHF/sFr) including the applicable value added tax. We accept no liability for incorrect price information in the online shop and in our print media.
Payments against invoice should always be made net on receipt, unless payment is made in the online shop by credit card, Postcard or similar. CPV reserves the right to supply even existing customers only after advance payment.

7. Delivery/delivery times
Depending on the availability of the articles, the order usually leaves the distribution warehouse within one to three days. CPV will procure items that are not in stock as quickly as possible. If missing items cannot be procured at short notice, the items in stock will be delivered. The missing articles will be delivered free of shipping costs as soon as possible.
8. Right of withdrawal
